Matt has more than 30 years of global commercial experience, developing and launching new therapies and brands at companies such as AMS, Tornier and NeoTract|Teleflex. His broad background includes upstream and downstream product management, sales and commercial team development, distributor management and organizational expansion. 
Matt started the marketing organization at NeoTract|Teleflex and was instrumental in growing the UroLift brand into an industry leader.
