Jesse Litwak

Jesse Litwak brings over 20 years of experience in medtech finance, strategy and M&A across both large and small companies. He joined ProVerum in 2026 after 16 years at Medtronic, where he most recently served as Vice President of Finance and CFO for its global Surgical business. Prior to Medtronic, Jesse held finance roles at ATS Medical, the Minneapolis-based heart valve startup acquired by Medtronic in 2010, as well as Boston Scientific/Guidant.
